Quick N' Fast Detailing provides various vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to interior and exterior cleaning, specialty add-ons, and membership plans. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Booking and Appointments

Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows.

4. Payment

Methods: We accept payment by credit/debit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. Membership Plans: Membership fees are billed monthly. You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. Membership Terms

Basic Wash Membership: Includes 4 exterior cleanings per month. Fast Detail Membership: Includes 4 exterior cleanings and 1 interior cleaning per month.Full Speed Membership: Includes 2 exterior cleanings and 2 full details per month.Renewal and Cancellation: Memberships automatically renew each month. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service.

6. Service Guarantees and Refunds

We strive to provide the highest quality detailing services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will address your concerns. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Liability

Vehicle Condition: Quick N' Fast Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle. We will perform a visual inspection before service and note any damages. Personal Items: Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Damage Claims: Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service. Quick N' Fast Detailing will investigate and address any valid claims.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Intellectual Property

Do you offer any membership plans?

Yes, we offer three membership plans:
Quick Wash Membership: 4 exterior cleanings per month for $100.
Fast Detail Membership: 4 exterior cleanings and 1 interior cleaning per month for $120.
Full Speed Membership: 2 exterior cleanings and 2 full details per month for $250.

How often can I use my membership services?

Membership services can be used up to the specified number of times per month for each plan. For example, the Quick Wash Membership includes 4 exterior cleanings per month.

Can I customize my detailing package?

Absolutely! We offer various add-on services such as plastic cleaning, rim polish, headlight restoration, water spot removal, and more. You can customize your package based on your specific needs.

How long does a typical detailing service take?

The duration of a detailing service depends on the type of service. Basic exterior cleanings typically take about 1 hour, while full details can take up to 4 hours. We'll provide an estimated time when you book your appointment.

Are your products safe for my vehicle?

Yes, we use only high-quality, eco-friendly products that are safe for your vehicle and the environment. Our products are designed to provide excellent cleaning power and protection.

What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We can reschedule up to 6 hours or cancel up to 12 hours before your appointment without penalty. We will always do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
